His focus on detail, readiness, and guest experience ensures each home is fully prepared before arrival — allowing guests to relax and enjoy a seamless, confident kosher stay in Jerusalem.

Ariel Costanza

Head of Kashering in Chicago Area

Ariel Costanza is a certified kashrut professional with credentials from the OU, cRc, and Seal-K. He began his work with the Chicago Mitzvah Campaign, where he was certified by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) and helped support a kitchen that prepares over 100 meals weekly for vulnerable members of the Chicago Jewish community.

He currently serves as a mashgiach at Jewel-Osco Evanston, home to one of the Midwest’s largest kosher supermarket sections. In addition, he works as a kashrut supervisor at Northwestern University.
